The website states they have broken, nonworking items as well as work I ng, etc. So I took several laptops, newer machines that may been missing HDF or had bad screens, and they wouldn't even look at them because they did not turn on. Wait, broken electronics were bought here, right? These are broken, so what's the deal? Plan to sell new electronics with box and eberyrhi g in fantastic shape and be offered about half or 3rd of retail value IF they decide they want It. The website sounds great, but the seller beware is misleading as hell. I was offered 5 bucks for wireless Bluetooth Xbox controllers each day, then at the last minute, they said never because I did not accept the very insulting offer on a few items. I ended up selling over 65 Xbox 360, NES (originals) games, and PlayStation 4 games for a total of 65 games, and they gave me 50 even for all plus, 15 bucks for an original NES SYSTEM with all cords controllers, and Super Mario with case for a HUGE and highly disappointing 65 payout. They will sell all the Items make about 800-1000 profits, and that is excellent for them, but just watch your deals, guys; it's a dog-eat-dog world of buying low and selling high, don't get caught in milk bone underwear and lose your hard-earned cash. My opinion is pawnshops pay better than pay more, as the name...
Read moreFirst time in Paymore I went to the one at 4041 E Thomas Rd. PHX. Az. 85018. As soon as I walked in this location I was greeted by a very nice gentleman. He asked what brought me in today and I explained that I had some old cell phones a couple laptops and a couple other miscellaneous items and he offered to come out to check the items out to see if they were items that they purchased, worked for me. No need to carry the 2 boxes in if they were not items that they purchased. He also explained the type of electronics that they purchased so going forward I would know what to bring that would be turned into cash. He picked out a few items and said let's go back in the store so he could have the manager check out the items and would be able to give me an offer. The Manager was a very nice guy as well and he did make me an offer on a couple of the items for an in store credit, I excepted his more the fare offer. I did not use the credit but plan to in the near future. Thanks again guys for making me feel very comfortable as soon as I entered the store as well as the entire time I was there. I will return to this location in the future when I have un needed or un wanted electronics to cell. Thanks again Arcadia location, you guys...
Read moreLet me start off by saying this review is coming in quite late but life has been unpredictable and I finally have some time to write a review. Anyway onto the review. I walked into the store thinking I could trade/sell two 850 watt small form factor power supplies and get either a cpu motherboard or possibly some ram. The associate said he couldn’t take either one due to the cables not being present (for reference the PSU is fully modular and I’m not sure where the cables went 😅) so I decided to look around the store they have a vast collection of Nintendo games to computer parts such as GPUs. The associate then says out of nowhere he’s willing to give me a AM4 socket motherboard that works I was in disbelief no one has just given me a computer part before. For reference I’m using a 10 year prebuilt system. I then started looking for a cpu and ram for the motherboard he gave me. They have a Ryzen 3600 and 16gb of ram for about a total of $100. Which is completely reasonable given electronic prices these days. I then build it on their counter because it’s easier for transport in my vehicle and then I take off. 10/10 completely would recommend this place due to the friendly...
