Poor food quality, misrepresentation of menu items, small portions that are overpriced, very RUDE and confrontational staff (Gommy or similar spelling) that is not aquatinted with the menu or knows how food items are prepared. Be careful if you have allergies or intolerances, they don’t care and will just try to sell the item, then lie and deny should there be an issue. We ordered takeout on the phone before close on 1/1/24, around 8:20-8:30 pm. We ordered Chicken Satay and the chicken curry with no onions. We asked if the chicken satay was fried/ cooked with oil, or grilled, because we did not want it if it was fried. The waitress helping us on the phone (Gommy) said it was grilled, but was not 100% sure and said she had to go ask. We were placed on hold as she proceeded to go ask, resumed and assured us it was indeed grilled. It was not. It was fried, dehydrated and oily (see media). We had also ordered the curry without onions. She repeated the order to confirm, but we got curry with onions… and fried chicken skewers that were shy of 4 oz and cost $14. The next day I called to request to speak to a manager. I spoke to the same waitress that took our order the night before, and casually explained the issue, but she got extremely defensive and spoke with an unprofessional tone and attitude, denying everything or any fault. From the beginning I gave her a disclaimer that I will not be arguing with her and wished to speak to a manager, but she continued saying she did everything right and wasn’t her problem/ fault. To note, when my Fiance placed the order on speaker phone, I was present and heard everything that she tried to deny. It’s these kinds of employees that ruin small businesses, and it would be in the owner’s best interest to know how guests are treated and how concerns are handled by them. Oh also, look at the other user’s photos of how their satay looked compared to ours!! Clearly ours was not prepared with the same quality, so goes to show a refund is well warranted just based off that!! See last photo for screenshot of someone else’s review that has satay.

Ok, so yes and yes and yes - we ordered fried tofu, garlic edamame, spring rolls, lettuce wraps, papaya salad, shrimp pad thai, shrimp fried rice, and can't leave out the iced thai tea (large). The garlic edemame was completely amazing, so were the spring rolls. The pad thai was good but a little on the sweet side, the fried rice was good as well, it had raisins and pineapple. The papaya salad was BOMB - I strongly suggest not ordering this if you aren't familiar with papaya salad. While it was just amazing they do add sauces like fish sauce (sometimes an acquired taste and smell). I loved the thai tea - we've been to a couple of thai restaurants and this is the first that actually offered a LARGE thai tea and this was almost the same size as a Wendy's large cup. Oh! And not pictured but was also bomb was the mango sticky rice! It is a must!! I wish I had tried their fresh spring rolls - I must've missed it on the menu but I thought I saw another table order it. If you enjoy spicy food I'd suggest ordering the thai hot - they also have hot sauce and a spicy pepper powder (not sure I described that well). I definitely recommend this restaurant! Don't delay go today!!

This used to be my go to place for delivery. I loved their yellow vegetarian curry and my husband their shrimp pad thai, not anymore. Their quality has had a sharp downturn. We ordered several times and never had a problem. I would even get upset with my husband if he ordered from a different place. However, today’s order was subpar. The yellow curry was watery soup with few vegetables. I had gotten this in the past and it had a thicker consistency and had plenty of vegetables and even tofu. Additionally, it was packaged in a rectangular meal container, not even a soup container like they used to. Needless to say, extremely messy. I had asked for medium spicy and it was almost inedible due to the spice. The pad Thai, which again we always order, did not have any vegetables. It always came with vegetables. My husband asked for medium spice, I think they forgot to add any. Nothing, not a single red flake and zero spice. All in all, extremely disappointing. I doubt we’ll order again as this is no longer the quality it used to be.

Honestly, for the price, I expected a lot more. I made a delivery order via grubhub, and the turn around was good. It actually came almost 20 minutes ahead of the estimate.

Lettuce Wraps - 3/5 - The lettuce wraps were actually pretty passable. My only suggestions would be to add a little starch to the stuffing so that it doesn't water down so much in transport, to make sure the lettuce is dried sufficiently, and to bag the lettuce separately from the hot items for transport.

CoCo Soup - 2/5 - I didn't actually care for it, for me the acidity was a bit much, and the taste of lemongrass was overpowering. That said, I know a lot of people that would like this.

Sa Bai Fried Rice (chicken and pork) - 1/5 - it was just kind of gross. Very heavy, very one note, and the meat didn't have a pleasant texture at all.

Pad Thai (chicken & shrimp) - 2/5 - The shrimp was overcooked, and the chicken had the same textural issues that the fried rice had. Overall, it was flavorful and seasoned well, it just wasn't quite right, this was the only dish that imho was well seasoned despite other flaws..

In general, the pricing is a bit high for the quality... if I'd got portions half the size for half the price I'd be happier. For that matter, if I got half the portion for 3/4 the price and the food itself was good, I'd be very happy.

In general, it seems like they're trying to make up for lower quality with larger portions. The pricing itself is a bit high compared to similar restaurants in the area. The chicken/pork seams like it was braized or steamed instead of grilled or otherwise cooked with a higher heat to create a sear and better flavor. The texture is bad and is reminiscent of what you'd expect from a catering company, not a higher than average priced thai restaurant.

Most of the dishes had a very one-note flavor and weren't well developed. These problems could be an issue by not having their best staff on a Thursday night, but it's pretty unforgivable.

As it stands, with tax, delivery fee and tip, the order was well over $60, and I have a lot of leftovers that frankly, I'm not going to eat... I'd ordered a lot of items as the delivery fee and per-item pricing pushed it up a lot, and I wanted to have leftovers for over the weekend. Given the poor taste, and high priced, I spent a lot for food that's mostly going into...

What horrible service! I order the avocado curry expecting it to be delicious, once it got to the table I realize that I shouldn't have made that assumption. I contemplated sending it back but I also didn't want to pay for something that I wasn't planning on eating. Kindly asked the waitress if I can get some thing else cause I didn't like the item that I had ordered...her response "Well what do you want me to do about it?" I was shocked. She took the plate frustrated and eventually I received the menu to re-order. A different waitress comes to the table to take my re-order and my food comes out good. Then here comes the check, I'm expecting that the curry that I had returned not be on the check....on my check is the curry. I let the new waitress know that I had returned the curry back to the kitchen because I did not like it. She says " well we can't just throw it away we have to charge for it." This restaurant was already busy with doordash orders the whole time we were at the table for our hour dinner. I'm sure a restaurant that had been making as much profit as they had could spare the $18. After going back-and-forth for a minute with the waiter I realize it wasn't even worth my time. So I paid $18 $18 for an item that I did not eat and had returned it to the kitchen. I would never expect this kind of treatment at any restaurant, and to find this is shocking. Would not recommend at all...
