Had a very bad experience here. We got a membership. It was all fine until we saw some kids misbehaving. My boyfriend and I told them to stop yelling/cussing/fighting /rubbing their privates in their siblings heads. We asked them where their parents are. They didn’t want to respond. Finally one of them said their mom is at Walmart and that the employees know. It was the general manager and a man named Charles who knew about this. The employee Charles told them come on guys. Last week it was the ice. It seems like they come here often while their mom leaves to shop. Charles told them to call their mom. Kids later told their mom that we threatened them. Their mom came rushing up to us. She yelled at my boyfriends then she yelled at me. She got nose to nose with me. I told she needs to stop; I have a baby in my arms. Her kids were behind her- egging her on. Her boyfriend pulled her back and then she starts kicking and punching. He knows her better than I. He pulled her back because her next plan was to attack me with my 10month old in my arms. We called the police. Police showed up and said it’s perfectly legal for the kids to be there alone. Policy is that you have to watch your kids and be there to supervise. They make you sign a waiver. Police made it seem like it was a daycare or school and that had actual staff on hand to watch the kids. One police officer was being very snarky. He said there’s adults here, so it’s legal. So I ask, if I take my kids to giggles indoor park, and then left. Gigles employees wouldn’t be able to call the cops on me, because I left them in their care? He didn’t answer. His partner said I wouldn’t recommend it. There was about 7 or more kids with her. Police said it was now documented that she left her kids their alone and harassed my family and I. I asked the employee if they were going to be allowed back here. He said he can’t do anything-that they have a membership. He said that it would never happen again. I don’t understand how that would be ensured. Would we be escorted by security every time we were there? Would they make sure my kids were safe from their kids? My boyfriend asked, sarcastically, so I could bring my kids there and then just leave? Charles said absolutely not. It seems he doesn’t what the policy is. It all seemed really backwards. First the employee said the kids behavior was very unacceptable and that their parents weren’t allowed to leave them alone there. The mother becomes so confrontational when she’s not there to watch her kids. I don’t understand why a company would want that mother coming back again. Her kids would be better behaved is she was there and not reliant on employees to watch her kids. Employees that are not trained. Employees who forget you placed an order 30mins ago. I just feel badly for the kids. And I feel badly that my kids won’t be able to come back here because safety rules are broken. We canceled our membership that day. General manager tried to get us to pay for admission then. I said after our experience here, I don’t think we should have to pay anything. We were charged 80 for that day. I would definitely like that back or for employees to be reminded of safety rules and the waivers we signed. I’m sure they’ll lose plenty more business if they allow parents like that to continue to use the place like it’s a daycare. Also, there’s lots of safety hazards. Lots of hard parts that have not padding. There are parts of the trampoline that just bounce off. This particular rush fun park is definitely going downhill. Her dedication and attention to detail left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely return to Rush Park knowing that Alana and her team are there to provide such exceptional service.

Read moreLiam and Charles were some of the most outstanding employees I have ever interacted with in my life. A few weeks back I came into this location with my daughter. Their hands on approach with assisting me and my daughter led to a safe, fun, and interactive experience. Not only were both employees extremely respectful, but they took the extra step to ensure that this experience would be memorable for the both of us. Charles at one point saw we were a few tickets shy of getting the prize my daughter wanted. My daughter understood that we didn't have the right amount but Charles insisted, "which guitar do you want sweetie?" My daughter pointed and without hesitation, Charles grabbed the guitar. Times have been tough for my family so this was a beautiful moment that she bragged about in the days following our time at the rush fun park. Liam also noticed we were going through difficult times and made sure we stayed hydrated and continually asked if there was anything we needed. Both these employees deserve to be patted on the back. This is what you look for when you are trying to create a fun experience for the whole family. Customer service was outstanding and the humanity amongst these two individuals gave hope to some moments of darkness in our personal lives....
