Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Attraction in Phoenix

Right at the moment I did step into this store I started seeing and feeling a little too much attention to my self at that moment there was no one put me in the shop (as a customer) put there were 4 employees standing around I did Usk to one of them for help and he walked me to the back of the store where the items I was looking for were and from the back of the store I noticed that 3 ladys at the front of the store started pointing out me to each person coming in to the store and the people walked directly to my side pretending to look for something only to started in doble way talking to themselves loud enough trying to be heard by me saying things like "you are here probably to steal or take something",the lady's at the door were manipulating the people getting in to the store and people did what they did to me hoping for better prices giving to them for making me feel uncomfortable in the store so I Ider walk out or never come back, This ladys(the employees) never seen me before and I understand there is people that behave wrong in those shopping centers, I am sure some people do that but the way people looks or the way people operate doesn't determine or means anything about who that person behavior should be and in my case I was there to do business spending my money, Or just because I looked a Mexican single person has to be a stereo tipe of a dishonest person or a criminal,this is to all the people who believe that Good will only turn his eyes to specific or different color of skin people's , so.. you make you own opinion in this situation and no matter what this review explains what's happening I do more than ever remain my faith in Good, thank you very much. Bought a Ralph Lauren purse back in April 2023 which cost $180 my husband bought it for my birthday.. by June it I brought it back to the outlet store show them the rip and they replaced the purse thank you and within another 3 months the purse ripped again I returned it to the store again and they refused to do anything for me so 180.00 in the garbage . Reasonably priced stuff. I had planned on buying a shirt here. However, I changed my mind last minute at the checkout. The staff are nice, but the grey hair lady at the cashier ruined the experience for me. She was very unwelcoming. As I was waiting in line, she walked up to me and stood infront of me and didn't say a thing (personal space?). I told her I was going to check out and she didn't say anything and walked to the counter. Not once has she greeted me. In fact, she did not smile but frowned at me the whole time.
