Since I cannot do 2 separate reviews for the same business I have decided to finally update my original review. I got into an accident on 4/6/23 and my vehicle was totaled. Since I had never been in an accident I looked online for help. I stumbled upon a website which somehow connected me with this firm. I explained what had happened and they put me at ease by explaining that they would take care of everything and I wouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. I thought ok great. Please allow me to tell you that my experience with the service from the firm was absolutely horrendous! At first everything seemed to be going fine. Within a week I was contacted by a person from J’s Auto Body here in PHX who said he was referred by the firm to handle my vehicle. Someone from there picked up my truck and gave me this business card and said we would be in touch. I thought great and it seemed that we were moving along perfectly. He explained that he would get an estimate out to me and the person at faults insurance swiftly. After waiting a few weeks I proceeded to contact them to no avail. Nobody was returning my phone calls or text messages? I thought it was strange that a law firm like Rafi Law Group would be doing business with a company that’s seemed shady and wasn’t responding at all to my inquiries? Months go by and someone finally answers and explains that the estimate would be done asap? I wait longer and longer so I finally decided to call Rafi and spoke to a manager and explained what was going on and only after that did the owner of the body shop contact me to explain the estimate would get done asap AND he would not charge me for the storage of my vehicle in his yard. Now that’s all fine and it was good news to hear that I would save money on my settlement but the main purpose was to get that estimate to me and to the party at faults insurance to get the ball moving on my settlement. I’m not exactly sure how many months it took but after many months after my accident finally the estimate was done and sent out. Again why in the world would such a reputable company like Rafi Law Group be working with a business like that? I don’t know? Let’s move on to the firm itself. I was assigned a paralegal and I must say she was extremely condescending! Anytime I had questions I honestly felt like she couldn’t care less and was kind of rude. I believe I had her for 6-12months until I finished my treatment and was finally assigned an attorney. This case took almost 2 years exactly to be settled. It was not Rafi fault that this case took so long but the fact that there were multiple people involved made it take forever. During the over 1 year period of time the communication between my attorney and I was absolutely terrible!!! I would call once or twice a day and he wouldn’t return my calls when on his answering machine it says “ I return all calls by the end of the business day.” “If you do not receive a call back within 24hrs please call back and ask for our client advocacy and someone will call you back within a few hrs.” After months and months of waiting for updates on my case I had to reach out to client advocacy multiple times for updates on my case! I complained to management a few times about the communication issues I was having and my attorney would reach out eventually. When you as a client are waiting and waiting even praying for a miracle for your case to be resolved you really expect to have good communication with your attorney! Even if there are no updates to your case you as a client would appreciate it if your attorney calls or emails you to tell you that! That wasn’t the case at all! There was even multiple times during the year around March or May that my attorney was on vacation? Now I obviously have no problem with that but it takes maybe just a few mins to type up an email or even give me a quick phone call from an attorney or his assistant just as a courtesy to let me know he would be out of the office for 7-10 days but that wasn’t the case! They got me more money but this whole exp....
Read moreHow was in a car accident on September 19th of 2024 I called Rafi right away. They seem to know what they were doing they got a chiropractor in line for me which I was going for a few months three times a week had a spinal cord MRI but I could never get a hold of my paralegal she would never respond to me turns out they had to drop my case because I guess these type of lawyers go after insurance companies which the guy that hit me had dealer plates and they couldn't find any information on him. The dealer plate that was registered belong to Toyota dealership and they told me that they were going to send a letter to that company and wait for a response why would you send a letter to the company when you should actually just drive to the company or call them so I went there myself but yeah Toyota dealership didn't have no record. So they had to drop my case because they no information whatsoever I guess it didn't belong to Toyota dealership. So I did a little investigation of my own found out where the guy actually leaves cuz what's on his license is not the same address where he actually is currently living. When I went to his house the same dealer plate he had on his car when he hit me was on a different car then he had another car that had another dealer plate wrote down the VIN number and I started doing a little bit more investigation and what kind of dealership he owned or where it was so I did a little background check and it took me to a dealership and I went on that website the same vehicle he had at his home was on posted on his website and I know it's the same vehicle because I took pictures of the vehicles VIN number at his house matched up with the same VIN number at the dealership also the other vehicle he had there so finds out that he does own the dealership. What I don't understand how can somebody a regular person like me can find out information that lawyers that have the resources have the manpower can go into any information database because their license to do that and I'm not and I still got to the bottom of...
Read moreincompetent law firm. This law firm has proven to be absolutely useless. I hired them to help me with my case against horrible, State Farm. Caroline, my attorney assistant, doesn’t return calls, and when she finally calls me! she is not able to answer any of my questions for “legal purposes” When I practically beg to talk to my attorney, he finally calls me! His name is Julio, he says he’s going to help me with my diminished value claim. and that was two months ago that I’ve been waiting for this to be settled. Every time I try to call my attorney, or my attorney’s assistant Caroline, to get my questions answered and or updates of what’s going, they are unavailable, I get their voice message, they’re always in a meeting or at lunch. Finally, I got a hold of an attorney on the same team named Daniel sickle, he said he would look into it for me and he never did and he never got back to me. So I called in again, this must’ve been maybe the 20th time, finally I got a hold of Thomas a supervisor attorney, and he said he would call me no later than 28 February. he assured me that he would get me some answers, and that he understands my frustration with this law firm… And! Thomas the attorney supervisor never called me. It seems as if this law firm, maybe is understaffed, or have an extreme amount of clients. They have done. “absolutely nothing“ for me. They were extremely nice and professional, but as soon as I signed the paperwork to hire this law firm, that’s where them caring about me and my case ended. When I speak to my attorney on the phone, he does not seem confident at all, or knowledgeable. And instead of this law firm helping me with my simple diminished value claim. That could’ve taken them one phone call to make to get this deal done. I get absolutely nothing… It has been about two months and all I get is crickets… If they can’t handle a very simple diminished value claim and get me the most possible, how can I trust them with the rest of my case? All I have received from this law firm is “extreme...
