Arrived Sunday 4/16/23 for a 13:15 appointment. Arrived at 11:40. Checked in. The young lady behind the glass was pleasant. Jaded, but pleasant. At 15:00, a phone call assigning a door. I pulled up to the gate to be let in. Obviously, I had awakened the security guard. With his hair all messed up and the wrinkled uniform, it was being obvious. He said, “Did you get assigned a door?” As he wiped the sleep out of his eyes. I said, “Yes” and gave him my door number. He said your door is on another part of the property, handed back my bills and went back inside to his golden slumber. I have no idea where I’m supposed to go now. I’m no drill sergeant, but I am when I’m upset. Now, I’m upset. To the closed door, I bellowed something that rhymes with truck. He and another young man looked through the thin window on the door. Sleeping beauty opened the door and asked if there was something more that I needed. I alerted him to the fact his communication skills lacked and that I have no idea where I’m going. I also added that this isn’t his mothers Honda, that I can just whip into a driveway and make a three point turn if I miss mine. He must need glasses as he was unaware that this vehicle ,in particular, is around 72 feet long. His reply, “It’s simple. Just back up from here. Go out the gate and make three right turns. How hard is that?” I punched the clutch to the floor, slapped her in reverse and said, “Thank you, I guess I’ll figure it out.” Which I did. My wife was sitting here. She asked me why I didn’t do my usual and get out to find out what his problem is. I reminded her about the last time. Almost spent the night...

This time I had a app at 7:00 am, checked in at 11:30 pm the night before, expecting to sleep the whole night. They called me 10 min after I checked in, gave me a door. Then I was done by 2:30am. I was a little mad cause I couldn't sleep, I didn't want to stay in Phoenix for the morning rush . So I drove 60 miles back to Eloy. Maybe they needed the product(oil). I got lucky, will see what happens...
Read moreI did my 10hrs in their staging area, had a 0300 appt, got me a door right away, backing wasn't bad. All the comments that say the employees are lazy and take to long to unload. I can tell you first hand they aren't lazy, these guy's are hooked up and busting their tails. I unload my freight so I seen how they work and they work. Most have a street mentality, which means they will talk to you how you talk to them, no manners, no respect, that's what you'll get in return. Me personally had zero issue's with...
