Super foot reflexology — Attraction in Phoenix

There is no privacy, and they dont explain what to keep on or off (clothing) all while other guests just walk up and down the area exposing the peace of mind of the ones on the table.

The first time i visited this place 4 years ago, they weren't the greatest but were decent, however not good enough for me to go back again. Today, i went in thinking i was visiting a new place only to realize it was the same place, but since i was here, i decided to give them a 2nd chance...

Compared to other reflexology places, this place was missing some steps in their massage experience, perhaps its was because they were busy or they intentionally avoided them.. whatever their reason, i know a good spot when i visit them, and to me, this was not it. The masseuse was decent, i cant complain about that, but the setup was not, as well as their process. I felt like they could have done a better job, but didn't.

I wanted to stop in and write a review as I've been here each month since the top of this year. Although the price for a 90 minute massage is very reasonable, I've found the therapists to be lacking in overall professionalism. From the older man who works at the front commiserating with Wayne ( therapist) about my body in their native language which I don't have to understand to know I'm being talked about, a therapist I've seen twice who burped regularly throughout my session ( once directly in my ear without saying excuse me), counting the amount I'm tipping while I'm sitting there and again commenting in their native language if they don't feel I've left an appropriate amount, to the young woman who clears out the space in between massages behaving as though she didn't want to touch any of the items I laid on. The place is very clean including the bathroom. Chinese music playing in the background was enjoyable. When you walk in, they show you a laminated menu of massage options. I chose the 90 minute Combination which is basically a foot, legs, head, neck, and back massage. You may already know that the Chinese massage style usually involves soaking the feet in warm water and this was the case at this establishment. I had "Sunny" for a masseuse. She was professional, pleasant, and respectful. She put so much effort into the massage that she looked as if she had finished a workout by the end of my massage. I have enjoyed hot stones in the past so I elected to have that treatment here. But when Sunny placed them on my legs the stones were way too hot! This is my only complaint.
