Vans Outlet — Attraction in Phoenix

Customer service was great even though the store was really busy. They had a buy 1 pair of shoes get another equal or lesser value for 50% off so we bought two pairs. Cashier asked if we were Vans Family members (rewards program) and we weren't. Since this is our 2nd purchase there in 8 months for our growing pre-teen boy, I signed up. Lol! They gave me a coupon for $25 off a future purchase of 75 or more since I spent over $75. I will be back to get a few clothing and accessories items for the boy for Christmas.

Employees were friendly and helpful. One even asked if I wanted him to hold our 2 boxes of shoes at the front for us. That was super nice and we got to do a little more shopping hands free. I just don't think it's right when you clearly have a sign that says Mask required and it's like a free-for-all. Parents wearing no mask, but they're kids do. People wearing their mask under their chin, are they serious !And people wonder why we are all dying and getting infected. Covid Touches at least every family and people take it like it's no big deal. Went yesterday with my girl, it was their first day reopening after this mess of covid and being closed for months. They unfortunately had a limited stock shipped from the manufacturer. However James did an absolutely FANTASTIC JOB!!!! We cannot rave enough about how incredibly helpful he was, Aaron too checked us out as was great! But James was THE MAN!!!
