Tractor Supply Co. — Attraction in Picayune

OK, I know I’m the dumb ass who keeps buying from shady establishment. I purchased a bad boy lawnmower, sue me if I’m wrong. it’s been in the shop which is an hour and 15 minutes away four times for the same thing in six months.I also bought a utility trailer drove from Mississippi to Sulphur , Louisiana stopping to fuel up, I noticed a lug nut was missing. Come to find out three lug nuts were loose.and one was missing. There’s only 10. and when I went to notify them about it at the sulfur location The managers Response was you didn’t buy at this location. If you noticed, they responded below, wanting me to call them. I have a good idea, Why don’t you get your manager to take my name down so someone with someone with Experience with customer service Could hear me vent. what if I was a little old lady and didn’t notice that? not to mention, I had a 2024 Polaris Maverick on the back at the time. I’m thinking about putting a public service announcement on the back of my truck that reads if you buy a trailer from tractor supply, check the lug nuts! by the way, I think it’s pretty crappy that You’re only allowed to leave one review.The review below was from a previous incident.

I just got turned away from tractor supply because the manager said that their policy is not to refill propane in the rain. Update: There has been a change in management. The lady who managed the store prior to covid is back, and it shows. The problem managers are no longer there. Glad the store is back to being a good place to shop.

Up until this past March this TSC branch was AWESOME. There was a lady there (wish I knew her name) who was a manager and she was great. There was a guy who was also a manager who was also very helpful. But I haven't seen either of them for months, and since they disappeared, this branch has really taken a nose dive. The last few purchases that required management to do something has been a disaster. Everything takes FOREVER. And not because they are crowded, but because they are just horrible. They go to get something or someone to complete your purchase and just disappear. Go and start helping another customer, or just enter the twilight zone and you can't find them. After my trip there this past weekend, I have now officially written the place off. Wont go back. And we used to go there a LOT. All my feed (I have over 100 chickens) now comes from a feed store that is twice as far away. Such a shame to, because the place really was great before. Dionne at the front register is AWESOME!! When I go into a business first impressions always are important. She always greets me, has a smile and is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services offered. She always goes above & beyond what is expected. During some of the busiest periods in the day I have seen her remain calm, professional, confident, respectful and courteous to all the needs of the customers. When she is off, people notice😌.
