"THE ULTIMATE THRILL â NOTHING COMPARES TO GOATS ON THE ROOF!"
If you're a coaster fanatic, Goats on the Roof is the adrenaline rush you've been searching for! We tried every mountain coaster in the area, but let me tell youânothing even comes close to this one. While other coasters keep pausing to give you a little extra height here and there, this bad boy is all about pure, uninterrupted SPEED. From the moment you crest the first hill, itâs a heart-pounding, hair-raising, wind-in-your-face dive all the way down.
This ride doesnât just deliver thrillsâit unleashes them in one epic, white-knuckle swoop that will leave you breathless and begging for another go. My 3-year-old was laughing and squealing the whole time. Thatâs rightâa THREE-YEAR-OLD found the joy of speed on this masterpiece! Itâs smooth, fast, and, most importantly, FUN.
Forget the overhyped, slow-poke coasters in the areaâGoats on the Roof is where the real action is. Whether youâre a thrill-seeker or a family looking for an unforgettable experience, this coaster will blow your mind. Donât just take my word for itâstrap in and prepare for the ride of your life. 10/10, canât wait to come back!
We chose to ride this one 3 times to end our vacation!
Oh, and one more thing. We love the gift shop attached to it and...
Read morePicture this: fake grass slapped lazily over a sloped sidewalk â yeah, that's their idea of 'course design.' Each hole feels like a cruel joke from the universe, as your ball rolls right back towards you or straight on down the hill if you're on the back 9.
And oh, the thrill continues as you watch your ball roll relentlessly towards oblivion, joining its brethren in the inevitable mass convergence at the end of each hole. It's like a twisted game of 'follow the leader,' but instead of joy, you're left with an ever increasing score.
But wait, there's more! Even those beautiful dinosaur sculptures aren't up to par on this course â the awful sounds they make are an obstacle all by themselves! Prepare for a symphony of headache-inducing roars that'll have you questioning how many holes are left before you can jump back in your car.
You know it's bad when you catch yourself daydreaming about playing mini golf with actual goats â at least they'd add some unpredictability to this, so-called "mini golf" experience.
Save your $12 and steer clear of this catastrophe. There are better mini golf courses just a couple of minutes away.
P.S. the mountain...
Read moreIt was crowded, of course, and a bit hard to get into the parking lot, but everything else delivered. The goats are sweet and fun to feed. The gift shop is packed with a variety of stuff. There are a lot of great photo opportunities. It's free to enter, but everything you want to do will cost money, of course. My boys rode the coaster and loved it and you get $5 off the big bucket for the gem hunting with a coaster ticket, so we got 2. That was fun, but at least in our 2 giant buckets, there wasn't a huge variety. Each bucket had one nice large clear geode crystal formation, but the flyers they give you have quite a few different stones. We got mostly rose quartz and clear quartz, some very low quality amethyst (mostly clear with a tinge of purple) some sort of pink granite, a lot of obsidian, and a bit of what appeared to be green fluorite. I loved what we got, but was really hoping for more variety. There was a lot of what appeared to be broken red brick in one of the buckets. I'm not sure what it was, but it wasn't jasper. It was fun and worth the price with the $5 off. I would do it again, I was just a bit disappointed in the...
