Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters — Attraction in Pilesgrove Township

Greetings All,

On Saturday, August 6th, 2022, while visiting Woodstown, NJ for the "PBR Challenger Series" event, I stopped by the "Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters" store, which I've shopped at many times in the past.

On this particular day, I had the pleasure of meeting two(2) absolutely wonderful ladies, namely "Danette" and "Bella" ! My interaction with both ladies, along with the helpful service they provided was absolutely superb ! Honestly speaking, "Danette" and "Bella" made the shopping experience so much fun that I spent approximately 1.5 hours in the store that evening LOL !

I'd be remiss in not mentioning that the other female staff members were also very pleasant, friendly and professional as well.

Because of the extremely friendly, courteous, kind, and professional assistance provided by both "Danette" and "Bella", I greatly look forward to my next shopping spree at the "Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters" store !

In addition and as a measure of my sincere appreciation for their service, I attempted to tip "Danette" and "Bella" each $20.00, which they both respectfully refused. Therefore, it is my firm recommendation to the owner(s) of the "Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters" store that the salaries of both "Danette" and "Bella" be "DOUBLED" immediately LOL :- :- !

Ms. Dannett, this lady welcomed me in to the store with a delightful smile. She asked what I needed help with and stayed with me until I was very satisfied. I appreciated her so much more in taking time to explain the boots to me and help me search for what I was looking for. I was at a major chain (Boot Barn) who wouldn’t even walk in my direction yet greeted other customers as the walked into the store. I stood 40 minutes without a hello welcome can I help you before I left. I was very upset, I drove an hour to get to this Woodstown store, where Ms Dannett instantly calmed me with a smile and a super welcoming voice before I even seen her. I felt at home and could have stayed in her company and shopped all day. I will be back as my wants and needs change. I took a picture of our hands and boasted on Facebook that I found a good person at a good store who didn’t treat me like I didn’t belong there but treated me just as a human who wanted a little retail therapy. She is the greatest and if this makes it to her, THANK YOU, again and again. You saved my day from ruin! And I love the boots we picked for me. Real people deserve real love...

Today, my wife and I had the pleasure of visiting and shopping at Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters, for the first time. From the minute we walked into the store, I knew it would be a great experience; and it was. The merchandise was amazing; the store was so easy to navigate; we felt right at home. Courtney, primarily assisted my wife in the purchase of boots, boot accessories, and scheduling some "repairs." My wife, spent some time with Courtney. She was kind, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. My wife felt very at ease and very valued as a person and a customer. I, too, worked with Courtney. She was the same with me!! We also had a wonderful interaction with the store manager, whose name begins with "N." She, too was awesome. We were there for quite some time; we never felt rushed nor felt that we took up too much time. Thank you, most sincerely, Ladies, for making our shopping experience "the best". We...
