Schmidt's made me cry. My beloved went online to buy me a beautiful wall clock for our 41st Anniversary. We bid and won the clock I wanted and I was in heaven. We were happy to choose Schmidt's for this special anniversary gift. My husand received a winning notification and an invoice from Schmidt's. Then, the next day, we received an email asking us to 'release' the clock because there was a 'clerking error.' When my hubbie phoned Schmidt's, the owner laughed in my husband's face and said, 'I wouldn't want to be in your shoes to explain to your wife that the clock is gone.'
