I bought a sleigh bed from this store. I scheduled my delivery for a Saturday morning. I got a text that it could be delivered on Friday between 4 -7 pm. I was waiting until after 6:30. I called for an ETA and was texted back 7-8 pm. I already sacrificed my plans for the night. I rescheduled to my original request for Saturday morning before 12pm. The guy assured me that I would the first delivery. No one showed after 11:30. I called several times to find out an ETA. No one answered. Finally I get a text that it would be between12-3. I had already sacrificed my morning plans. I didn't want to be waiting around all day long for this guy to deliver my bed as I had plans for later in the day.I ended up cancelling my order for a refund. This guy is so unprofessional when it comes to deliveries. It seems like he has more orders than he can handle.He was very short and unapologetic on the phone about the crappy service and issuing my refund. He was in a bad mood 🫤🤔 The bed wasn't meant to be. Don't bother with overpriced furniture from Crate and Barrel or Pottery Barn. Roma can customize furniture that looks equally as good but with custom dimensions so it's always a perfect fit in whatever room you are furnishing. The best part? I was washing the covers of a couch I purchased 4 years and my dogs tore up the filling. I was able to take it back to Kevin and had them refilled perfectly! Try that with Crate and Barrel - the couch you bought 4 years ago was discontinued 1 year later and you're out of luck.
