Pizza Man — Restaurant in Placentia

Hilarious. Paid...Never received food. They couldnt figure out who the manager is. Kept naming names. Said they dont have any complaints..Yeah right...Never EVER order food from here. You will not get it. They had the nerve to say they were on our street but we cancelled. Yeah. After 1 hour and 45 minutes still no food? Had to call to get the refund processed. Horrible service with the we dont care about you being upset attitude. Abigail, Oscar, Moses...etc...Who is the manager? Who is the owner? Many contradictions from one employee says to the next. They hand out coupons within the city, but cant deliver! Try Pepz, Gina Maries, Valentinos, or heck..even a microwave pizza will yield better results! The owner needs to revamp this place starting with how to provide...

Where do I start with this place to start off the soda that was delivered was completely flat. Ewww Salad was gross brown lettuce and cheese cake and chocolate cake me and my co-worker ordered was so old. The only good this is they deliver also pizza was not that bad. I called to complain and all they offered was to replace the cheese cake and chocolate cake...really why would I want the same again. They should have refunded my money. I have been coming here since I open a shop down the street. I will never come back again! The service is as bad as the pizza!!!!!!! Order a pizza tole me it was going to be ready in 25 minutes which I was there 40 minutes later, and I was told that it will take another hour for the pizza to be ready!!! I should have known after the last time the pizza was burned and hard like a rock. What a disappointment!!! I will make sure to let know the shops around me how bad...
