I had just moved to a rural area hoping to acquire high speed Internet via Sprint. At the time of ordering the sprint modem I did not know Robert from 4gantenna shop. I received the modem from Sprint and could not obtain a siginal. By chance I discovered 4gantenna shop and ordered a parabolic grid dish antenna, only to discover I still could not receive a siginal. I called Robert and requested a refund for the antenna. He ask what I was trying to do, that's when Robert informed me about the T-Mobile service available. I purchased the T-mobile modem and a second antenna to aquire the LTE service. You cannot go wrong purchasing from 4gantenna shop. I was so dissatisfied with Hughes-net after months of slow speed issues that could not be resolved. I finally stumbled across 4G searching rural internet. I called and spoke with Teresa on Thursday afternoon and the modem was delivered by Saturday (cross country). I have since checked my rating because there are issues that are uncontrollable. Understand that you and 4G are at the mercy of the carriers. If ATT has issues with its towers, you have issues.. Sometimes i reach 8-9 mb, but it is inconsistent. the result is: you have to try to work something out with ATT ect. It is more of the nature of the service using major carrier towers. I live out in the sticks. No land based internet available. I had a legacy plan from another big name cell phone company that offered unlimited data at 3G speeds. Was happy to have that until a letter came in the mail 3 weeks ago saying they were discontinuing the plan on Feb 16. I had searched the internet before and found no other options available other than internet by satellite. Been there and done that years ago and would do without internet before going that route again. Somehow I stumbled across 4GAS and boy do I wish I had found them years ago.
