During my recent visit to the Plainfield Public Library, I encountered a diverse range of service experiences.

Regrettably, Andrew declined to renew my guest pass because I didn’t have a library card, and Erick displayed a limited willingness to assist, not just me, but some other visitors that were interested in his help. This underscores the importance of fostering an inclusive and fair environment, where judgments are not based on appearances.

Despite these instances, I appreciate the exemplary professionalism, respect, and courtesy exhibited by the rest of the team. Some of you guys are the reason why I keep visiting this branch.
