Comedor Latino — Restaurant in Plainfield

This place was very good and we always get our baliadas there but now we will not be going there. They got our Baliadas wrong they left out the beef (we paid for beef in it) when I called they said next time they will charge us a dollar less. We didn't want them for next time we wanted them today. When I said that we shouldn't be charged the manager said sorry. What kind of customer service is that!!!!! So now I have to pay for 2 because they got it wrong. I couldnt believe it and we frequent this place at least 2x a week. I even recommend them and suggested to family members but, if this is how they handle their errors then they are not customer driven and only care to collect the money. This place has great food but their customer service is awful, my friend before ordering asked if a drink had certain ingredients being that she is allergic the waitress said it didn’t she ordered and boom within seconds she had an allergic reaction. Not once did the manager that was grilling us or waitress come over to ask if she was ok the most she did was offer us another beverage. Thank god there was a pharmacy next door. We had to rush her to the ER so we decided to take our food to go and the manager was rude just rude saying that their drinks are homemade there is no way that it was their fault. Instead of arguing we paid and left. I will never go back to this place great food or not that’s not how you treat people and I will be sure to spread the word all over...

Comedor Latino is a small restaurant with typical Spanish food like rice & beans, carne asada, empanadas and more. I ordered the Guatemalan carne asada w/ rice & beans and it came with macaroni salad. The server their did not understand any English and my Spanish is subpar so ordering was a little bit of a challenge and the prices are somewhat high.
