I went to this location a few days ago and the customer service was horrible. When arriving I saw a homeless man outside asking a dollar because that’s all he needed to complete his total to buy some pizza from this location, unfortunately I had no cash on me. Once I entered the store I asked for my online pick up order and once they gave me it i told them if I could have a lunch combo (was going to give it to the homeless man outside) and the lady at the register tells me “well why didn’t you put it on your order then” I told her I wasn’t expecting to order it and she refused to put the order in for me. Long story short I ended up not being able to get this order in for this man and felt horrible but couldn’t be there all day arguing with this lady. On top of my situation, when I stood there letting her take the next person before the back and forth started she treated the guy horrible as well so I know it wasn’t just me. This guy was trying to order the best he could because he didn’t speak English and instead of this lady taking her time to help figure out what he wanted she argued with him, making him feel like he was saying something wrong and then walked away from the register and took another persons pick up order because she was frustrated with the customer. I saw this guy’s frustration with getting his order and I ended up having to take the order for him and translating it to this lady when she could have easily just shown good service and helped him or even grab one of the guys from the back and see if they know Spanish. Instead she argued with the man, walked away from him, and took someone else’s order. Like this is absolutely ridiculous, if your having a bad day alright I get it but don’t take it out on a customer they have nothing...

But I guess it came under new management or something because it completely sucks now. I placed an online order and waited 40 minutes in my car. The order tracking was never updated despite being ready, so by the time I decided to enter and see what the delay was about my pizza had been waiting for ages. I'm not sure if it's because of the wait time, but the pizza tasted terrible. Dry crust, greasy cheese, almost no sauce. It's by far the worst Little Ceasars pizza I've ever eaten. I honestly felt like I'd wasted my money. Additionally, the atmosphere of the store was terrible. Dirty floors, doors haphazardly propped open, rowdy customers that made me highly uncomfortable, nonexistent customer service. I ordered a drink with my order and physically witnessed the clerk take it out of the fridge and leave it out for about 10 minutes before giving it to me. Not only that, I wasn't even addressed when I walked in and had to wait while Doordash drivers walked in and picked up orders. There was actually an over section for online orders (which I've used in the past at this location) where you put in a code and pick up your pizza, but for some reason all the orders were kept behind the counter. So you were forced to wait until the clerk finally came back to even get what you ordered an hour ago. I'm never going to this...
Read moreIf I can give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered food for me and the little one directly from the website tonight just to get the wrong food delivered. Called and spoke to Steve who said Musa, the manager would be calling me in 20 mins. I never received that call. Called back and asked to speak with Musa and a gentleman first got on the phone saying he was Musa and then he suddenly wasn't. He then told me to call back tomorrow to speak with a manager but refused to give me any information for the manager. I have reached out directly to corporate and am awaiting a response back but I can promise you regardless of the response I get, I will never be ordering from this location ever again and that's if I ever order from Little Caesars ever again....
