Naser Jewelers has become so much more than just a jewelry store for our family. They truly treat you like family. My future son-in-law first went to them to buy the diamond he used to propose to our daughter. They guided him with such care and honesty, helping him find the perfect ring for that special moment. Later, I brought in my own diamond that had broken and fallen out of its setting. The whole family at Naser jewlers were always incredibly patient and kind, working with me to custom-design exactly what I wanted. The result was absolutely stunning! We wanted to have it ready in time for our daughter’s wedding, and they not only made that happen, they actually had it finished early!! On my 31st wedding anniversary! That extra effort made it so special and meaningful to me. They truly went above and beyond. Since then, my husband and I have gone back for several pieces, an anniversary ring to complete my set (which they beautifully welded together and appraised), my diamond earrings (cleaned and appraised), my original diamond turned into a gorgeous pendant, and even my sapphire and diamond bracelet, which they repaired, polished, and appraised as well. My husband even got so comfortable with the entire family at Naser that he decided to upgrade his chain, and, of course, it turned out perfect! When you visit Naser Jewelers, you immediately feel at home. It’s such a warm, family-oriented place. Even their friendly dog is there to greet you! The store is beautiful, the location is convenient, and there’s plenty of parking. Every experience with them has been wonderful. Joe, his father George, his brothers, and Dawn, are all just so wonderful! We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Joe 6 years ago and had a such a wonderful experience, we knew we had found our family jeweler for life! Joe (and his family) are so down-to-earth, personable, knowledgeable and really just make you feel so comfortable and welcome, like close friends or family, every time you walk into their establishment or speak with them over the phone. When we recently came in to visit Joe after 6 years, he greeted us as if no time had gone by at all. The atmosphere is relaxed, not intimidating or stuffy, and you never feel pressured to make a purchase, or spend more than what you budgeted for. I am one of the most indecisive people on the planet when it comes to certain things, and Joe has been beyond patient, helpful, and transparent with me. A couple of years ago my wife lost a diamond out of her wedding band. We put it in a plastic baggy, and hung it up to be fixed when we could do so. Fast forward a couple years, the ring still sitting in the baggy. We went to Target, and she came out of the restroom in a frantic, because now she lost the center diamond to her engagement 💍. She was devastated. Her heart was broken 💔. So, in the baggy with the other ring her engagement ring went. It was a thursday when I took those two rings to Naser, without her knowing, figuring I'd see if they could help out with replacing the diamonds and fixing the rings. Her birthday was in 6 days! I asked them if they could do the impossible and have it done for her birthday. They said it shouldn't be a problem, even with christmas coming in less than two weeks, and them being super busy! I got the call a day earlier than expected, it was done amd came out beautful. They did an amazing job! Doubled the carat size, fixed the wedding band, fixed any faults with existing prongs. Re dipped the rings so they looked brand new and sooo clean! She had no idea! The baggy still hanging on the wall, behind some papers, she had no idea the rings were gone.
