I felt that it was a very expensive hour for the experience that we had. First of all, the storefront location was very hastily thrown together, random furniture in the hallway. The woman that was there was not very excited to accommodate us...just a job obviously. The rooms we were in had NO atmosphere at all. Slapped some paint on the wall, cheap posters and locked boxes. The place was dirty like it wasn't cleaned up after construction. Having no knowledge of Harry Potter, the clues were hard to figure out. We had confirmed reservations and the business was not open. They finally answered their phone after the time of our reservation and let us know they'd forgotten about us and were unable to uphold the reservation. We were very disappointed! How can you not be open when someone has confirmed reservations!? Also they only take Cash, and the signage on the door has conflicting information. I'd give it zero...

Something different from the usual night out. Had a great time with a group of eight. Doesn't take long enough to fill an entire night out, but combine with a group dinner and drinks afterwards makes for a great evening.
