Crown Trophy — Local services in Pleasant Valley Township

Overall I was very pleased with the product. I ordered two recognition plaques in a bamboo finish and provided the design myself. They did an excellent job on the plaques and I was very pleased with how they turned out.

I would have given this review 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of follow up. Everything came down to the last minute and there was some confusion with email replies. I hadn't responded to their proof because I initially sent them the design with a different email address (my fault). However, I kind of wish they would have taken the extra step and followed up by phone after I hadn't responded.

I called the morning I requested them to be done and they still hadn't been completed. After some discussion they expedited the products and completed them later that afternoon. I appreciate them stepping up and getting it down to make things right. Again, the product turned out great and I was very pleased.

New siding calls for a new house number. I've always wanted one with green vines (the forest green numbers don't show up very well in the pic). I didn't like the on line/store choices, and I had no idea where to get a house number plaque made. Crown Trophy, of course. Such courteous assistance and interest in choosing what type of plaque, designing background using images on line, and tweaking things as numbers were added.
