I never write negative reviews of businesses, but my experience with this company has been overall negative and extremely frustrating. I ordered a stackable washer and dryer and it took 4 visits for them to properly install the washer and dryer, not due to the fault of the technicians. When I ordered the washer and dryer I confirmed with the salesman that the bracket to stack the washer and dryer was included and he assured me that it was. When the technicians arrived to install the appliances, they did not have the bracket and I was made aware that it was not included and had to purchase the bracket separately for around $130. The 2nd and 3rd times the technicians came out the wrong adapter to plug in the appliances was ordered and there was one issue that I needed to correct on my end. It was only upon the 4th visit from the technicians, 3 weeks after my initial order of the appliances that they were properly installed. Although upon the 4th visit I never received a phone call to notify me of the time frame they would be coming out, only to receive a call 10 minutes before their arrival and I had to rush around to make sure someone was able to be there for the installation. To say this experience has been frustrating would be an understatement. I felt like my salesman was very nonchalant about the fact that it took 4 visits to properly install the appliances and I was very inconvenienced . I have to say I'm shocked with the low reviews before me ( Seems like a people problem to me ) Either they don't listen or just don't care that a family owned company can only do so much...
ANYWAY where to start. I called in for service on an appliance that is semi old like 8 years give or take. I spoke with one of the Heathers who explained in great detail that I may face issues with parts being available what it costs for the diagnostic call and that if we cannot proceed with further repair I would still only get $50.00 back to the new appliance if purchasing through their sales department.
Anyone could just take your money and run send a guy to look at it and say sorry nothing I can do and say have a great day but no! Heather really took the time to say listen this is your decision to make and if you want to put the full amount towards a new appliance rather than looking into this than we won't blame you for not scheduling service.
In the long run I scheduled because I wanted to see if I could hold onto what I had, Paul came out explained the problem and looked up all the information for me from multiple sources. Sure enough it was a bust and my part was discontinued and I'm buying a new appliance, but I have no complaints. I'm glad I took the chance and experienced what service had to offer because I'll need them the next time something breaks.

   Read moreI thought about this experience a lot before deciding to post such a negative review. I received my GE refrigerator from this warehouse & I was aware it was a floor model. The new refrig arrived & I was told it will take 3-5 hours to get up to the proper temperature. On top of the refrg. not getting cold, it made an annoying loud humming sound. Many hours later I called Emily, my sales girl who stated it could take up to 48 hours to get up to the proper temp. (ridiculous response) Steve (the owner) sent a repairman to find the fan not working. After many discussions I chose a model which was $400 more & I was told "of course you won't have to pay for the second delivery" this was included. (which I also have in writing.)
My new refrig arrived but two shelf racks were missing. Over two weeks I went back & forth with numerous emails & calls regarding my new balance which included a second delivery charge. Edy the store "accountant" in every possible way tried to explain the second delivery charge was NOT included although I guess she figured people are "stupid" & can't figure out a simple math equation.
