Game Play POMONA — Attraction in Pomona

game play pomona has been a place i recommend within the last few years for early game releases since i'm a recurring customer myself.

i've been in talks the past 24 hrs with their instagram page about the madden 24 early release.

they mentioned the night before to come in early (10am) to get a copy since it's limited. they even sent me a picture of the physical copy.

i get there at 10am before the place was even open and the first one in line for my copy and they tell me they only have enough for their pre reserved copies.

why even tell any customers to come? it was definitely a waste of my time and i will be going elsewhere from now on for any releases. great way to lose a...

Pre-ordered a copy of Claire Obscure: Expedition 33 about two months ago and came in to pick it up today. Not only did I not receive a phone call about my pre-order as I was told I would, but when I got there I was informed that they had sold all the copies they had received. The shop frequently recommends pre-ordering games to assure you get them, but I'm not sure what the point is when even that doesn't guarantee you're getting what you payed for.

I wouldn't be as upset about this if it wasn't turning out to be pretty hard to find having just released, major retailers are sold out of it.

I 100% support independent game stores, but this kind of service...

I have been living here for 2 months and I'm loving it❗ Management is with the functions they are so helpful and sympathetic to people's needs and i like and more appreciate everything that they have done for me and my daughter. I have lived in pomona my hole life and have not came across owners that treat you... Not so much (nice) a really care about but humble it's the word i was looking for. They are some humble people. So i highly recommend any and everyone come and get a experience off a life...
