Luizon Mariscos y Sushi — Restaurant in Pomona

Well bad experience food was not good they really do HYPE IG, they really know how to market the place by hiring Larry Hernandez and taking professional pics to make place look delicious. They AC here didn't work I was sweating like I was at the gym. Food was really bad tacos gobernador were cold from the inside didn't even taste the sea food taco was Burnt from the outside the music sucked balls Banda started pretty good till the 4th song didn't even know the lyrics DJ guy was really annoying my wife was pissed off NO Refills service was really bad took 45 min to get our food out owner was just chit chatting with a drug dealer and the queen of highlight instead of him managing his workers because all they were doing was giving each other back rubs when the place wasn't even packed. No professionalism here for so much marketing tactics that obviously worked cuz they got me to step foot in this place but I Will not be coming here again I much rather drive to Downey and visit Sushiloco while waiting 2 hours to be seated. 1 star because it was open through pandemic. We get it things are different but come on step up your game on Costumer Service. We were seated and no one came to our table until 23min later (timed) to offer drinks and hand us a menu. There was only 7 tables with customers and 2 waitress. The waitress need to communicate with each other. One of the waitresses (short blond, with the new mommy (BBL) is all about her and only her tables. She is not a team player will leave her tables dirty for the other waitress to clean them and as soon as she would see people seating she would then run and take over. Our waitress was nice and apologized for our wait time but unfortunately my children's order was taken incorrectly and they had to wait another 15min on top of the 20 min we waited for our food. No condiments offered nor tostadas for ceviche oh and don't expect for them to come back and ask is your food ok do you need...

I appreciate the idea behind this restaurant. But to be quite honest it wasn't that great. The music was too loud you can't talk to the people who you came with and you can't talk to your server as well because it is just too darn loud. The food is another story, if it wasn't too spicy it was too fishy. The Seafood was not fresh as it smelled and tasted fishy and the camarones Ala Diabla was too spicy. At some restaurants you can find camarones ala Diabla and it will taste like ketchup and some spices. At this restaurant it was just too darn hot and I like spicy food but too hot here... Flavor was good but too hot... P.s. they don't devein their shrimp!!! Great way to get food...
