Southern California Edison Co — Attraction in Pomona

I’m doing this for my aunt. The bill was in my uncles name and he passed away on January 2023. My aunt called SCE to have everything changed over into her name but they said that could not be happening because they wanted to speak to my uncle. My aunt said that was gonna be kind of hard because he was cremated, and she has a death certificate to prove it, but they will not change the Edison into her name. So now she can’t even get a senior discount. I would not trust SCE at all.

UPDATE:: we finally went to an address and the security guard was nice enough to give us a different phone number than what you see on the website. We were able to get it straightened out. It only took about two hours with phone calls going back-and-forth but now my aunt has the information in her name instead of her late husband‘s name. I’m still gonna leave the rating as it is because nobody at the Edison company helped us except with the lady at the phone center. No customer should have to go through the hell like we did. New customer and I was charged for 0 kwh even though the service hasn't kicked in. Called them to be put on hold however their call back option doesn't work so I never got a call. Cannot do anything online because the account is locked and can't talk to anyone so I don't have a clue what to do but to go into default for a bill I wasn't supposed to be charged for in hopes I get a call to actually get some customer service.
