Pala Motel — Hotel in Pomona

The motel is run down, I had cockroaches in the room. The rooms smell, the floors are sticky and dusty. The kitchenette is just a long table and adjacent to it is a small refrigerator with a microwave on top. The place is not a place to take children. The towels, of cleaned with detergent and bleach, hopefully, are don't old and should be discarded. The owners/managers live on the premises and have absolutely no customer service skills. The woman will scream at you from a distance of you did anything wrong that doesn't confirm to their rules. She will call you names expecting you to not say anything to disagree with her. She called me a liar. I do not recommend this...

Shadiest place I have ever stayed at. Manager was upset that I paid with a debit card and wanted to know why I didn't have any cash instead. He asks how many people are with me and how many people know I'm there which also was uncomfortable. Went inside the room and there was semen stains on the bedsheets and the door connecting to the next room didn't even lock, it was partially open with someone staying in the other room. Also there was no furniture in the room, a chair next to the door in the room to try and keep the door closed was all we had. I just got up and left. This is the absolute worst place I have...

I highly suggest not staying here. The room me and my fiance got was less than nice, the curtains were NAILED to the curtain frame. Honking late at night, we even had some rude lady knock on our door at 1AM IN THE MORNING because my fiances car was a little over the parking line Waking up my toddler because of this! Then there was sirens, loud music being played, WE COULDNT GET ANY SLEEP! This place is by far the worst stay I have ever had at a motel. Not only that but there is NO LATE CHECK OUT. Manager came to our door and kept knocking until we left. So effin rude! I would never recommend this...
