I stumbled upon this wonderful gem in a last minute effort to surprise my girlfriend with something fun on her birthday. The owners were not only so kind but completely accommodating for my last minute request. We had so much fun and laughed so hard and in most situations I would imagine escape rooms wouldn’t allow you to pause the game for a bathroom break but demented escape room totally did for our adult-babies in our group that couldn’t hold their bladder. Even though our group totally didn’t read instructions well they allowed us another try so we were able to make it out in time. It was genuinely amazing, and fun. The clues to solve the puzzles would have been easy, if it weren’t for me and my friends freaking over the sounds and scares (this is a good thing for a horror-based escape room). Props and such were simply put, but very well made. After one or two of us were over-panicking and started to feel ill, the members working at the time were nice enough to bring us out for a moment while at least 4 were still in the game. We asked for a safe-word before we started the event, just in case it has become too much for us, but for some reason, we never used it.
