World Electric — Attraction in Pompano Beach

The guy at the counter had no interest in helping me with what I was searching for. Mumbled every answer like he had a mouth full of marbles. Loves to say no to a lot of questions. No initiative or customer service skills whatsoever. It couldn't have been a more negative experience. All I asked for was an enclosure for a pcb that I showed him, and four adhesive mounts. He looked at me like I had a horses head on. A customer that had just walked in and gave me advice to where to go. EDIT: just visited this place again. This time looking for 20ft of stranded/braided wire. The guy sent me to Windy City where they require you to purchase 1000ft at a time. I went back to World electrical supply and I said "so this is an electrical supply store and you don't carry wire?" Front counter person says "no". ??? Meanwhile the guy standing next to me has a shopping cart with three coils of wire in the cart. This...

We purchase lots of materials at World Electric Supply all around the Miami-Dade and Broward county area. Out of all of them, Pompano Beach is the best. I love coming in and being able to find what we need and many times even more of what I am looking for. These guys are awesome and do walk the extra mile taking care of their customers. Good. Thing they have the item.. But Updating a year later...call yesterday Tuesday and waited 23 minutes . I hang up and call back again and again they answer but the guys at the sale counter are not of interest..... .sad but actually on hold ..3 times now.Well the star because the secretary do answer but the front counter omgggggggggg.
