Sad to say that the printing service at this store was frankly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Office Max. I called to have some pictures printed for a family member who passed away and the employee who picked up to attended me was in a rush. Didn’t even allow me get a word out my mouth without interrupting me by speaking to other people while I was on the phone. I kindly asked if she can provide me their email so I can send the pictures over for printing and she spelled the email out in a really fast manner as if she was in a rush. Not even sure if I got it right. I tried to confirm the email with her about 3 times, since she spelled it in a fast manner, and she responded in tone as if she was annoyed. Since I couldn’t confirm the email with her, I asked if she could kindly transfer me to the printing department, hoping I would be attended by an employee who was not in a rush and she warned me by saying “I’m going to warn you in advanced that they are really busy today, we have a lot of people printing. I don’t think they’ll be picking up the phone”. She transferred me and as said, did not get to speak to another employee. I went Sunday to buy a tablecloth and because they did not have any went to speak with an employee who look into the computer and told me that they had a few ones in Plaza las Americas. The delivery system.they use do not work on Saturday and Sunday ok. If they have the tablecloth I assume thy order is ready and it is dispatched on Monday. Estimated delivery was Wednesday. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weeken again and when I call on Saturday first another employee tells me that the order has not been dispatcjed. Then another employee tells me that the order was disppatched today and when she have more information will call me in 30 minutes. That was at ten o'clock in the morning.
