Despite apparent profitability, there's a glaring absence of reinvestment, leaving the property in a state of disrepair that significantly detracts from the visitor experience. The most immediate issues are the horrible road conditions and abysmal parking situation. Navigating the area is a frustrating exercise, and the current parking, essentially a vast, exposed lot, is a testament to poor planning. Customers are forced into long, hot walks, a stark contrast to what a modern, forward-thinking establishment would offer. The opportunity for multi-level parking structures, perhaps integrated with solar panels for shade, cooling, and reduced operational costs, seems entirely overlooked. This simple yet impactful improvement would drastically enhance convenience and comfort for shoppers. Furthermore, traffic flow is a major concern. The main road desperately needs redesigning to accommodate current traffic volumes and incorporate clear, effective signage. This lack of foresight contributes directly to a chaotic environment, increasing the risk of accidents and frustrating drivers. Beyond the physical decay, there's a palpable lack of future vision. It feels as though design decisions are made without long-term strategy or a sophisticated understanding of urban planning. At Ponce Town Center, I usually visit SuperMax Supermarket, Savia Pharmacy, and Always 99. There are other places too, like a Pet Smart, Burlington, Grand Stores and Me Salve (and much more). As for fastfood places I freguent, there is a Subway, KFC, Burger King and Dominos Pizza (this last one is towards the back. IHOP is very nice and towards the back too. The place is conveniently located at one side of the Ponce By Pass avenue, or PR-2. They feature some great stores, such as a Petsmart, a Super Max supermarket, a Subway restaurant and a branch of Banco Popular of Puerto Rico (Mortage division if I remember correctly) and a food buffet place.
