Star Lanes at the Harbor — Attraction in Port Clinton

We had my son’s 10th Birthday party at Star Lanes today. This is a nice venue for a kids party, bowling, arcade, party room, and lazer tag. The kids had a blast. Bowling and arcade was awesome. Lazer tag had some issues, but overall it was a good party. I just wanted to give a special shout out to “Dre” who was phenomenal at making sure everything was wonderful. She was so cheerful and professional. Anytime I had a request or question, she immediately made us feel like number one priority. She was an amazing and I wish her the best of luck in her future college plans. It was so nice...

No one is ever there. Can never get anyone on the phone and the hours are just made up. Like the people in charge just open it whenever they want. Website says open at noon on Saturdays but the door is always locked and no cars I'm the parking lot. God forbid someone wants to take thier kids bowling and to an arcade before all the loud drunks come in. I use to come to this place three times a week for bowling and rock and bowl but now it just seems like opening up at a decent time is just too...

When I was a young kid this was the bowling alley to go to, but since the new owners took over, the lanes keep breaking down. We went there for a good time and ended up having one of the worst experiences ever. We had to switch lanes 4 times because of malfunctioning. Then the ball return didn't work. The owner did give us our money back so I gave it two stars...
