If I had known about Ice Shanty any sooner, I would have switched... the staff there is so friendly, everyone there is so bubbly and hospitable creating a comfortable atmosphere... the manager (Mckenzie) made sure me and my family were served with first class treatment as my nieces had a hard time deciding what they want. I was undecided too, yet their patience and service was top-notch. There was this other girl, I think her name is Ashley who assisted us big time by offering us samples and making recommendations until we finally made up our mind. In all, I must say this is a family-friendly environment and for pets too... we had the glorious options of either dining indoors or outdoors! Good job guys, me and my family will definitely come again to the Ice...

I went in there for the first time today about 45 minutes before they closed it was great! The service was friendly and quick and the staff was patient as I decided on what I wanted. I was the only one in there so I assumed it was going to be quick, and it was. I got a small milkshake, but I chose my own flavor of Icecream so it was a little more extra, I think it was a $1.50 more. The milkshake was $8.14. It tasted great too but I love Toft’s Icecream so there wasn’t much to disappoint. The atmosphere was inviting and the lobby was clean. There isn’t much else to say about it but I wasn’t paying too much attention as I was focused on getting my milkshake 😂 But overall it was great! I recommend this...
