Rent-A-Center — Attraction in Port Huron Charter Township

Started off great, staff seemed friendly and helpful. *But by the end of our plan (we ended up adding items onto the first because things break) we ended up paying way more then we should have, paying multiple times a week and fees included. Then found our bed frame we purchased from RAC for over $500 plus fees for $150 or even $100 at some other retailers locally or online. *When asked to make it right we were laughed at and told to pay our bill. *Since paying off the account we now continue to be harassed by phone and email to start a new agreement because we’re eligible/ part of some club. *We have told them no respectfully and will continue to do so and advise anyone considering there business/ items to look literally...

Let me makes this clear while people saying this and that these people get they money on time right why have the audacity to blow up phones and pound on the door like they the cops( I'm complaining about this because they do this every time before they get they money on time and also because my neighbor has a newborn and everytime they pound on the door these fools wake her up )like make it make sense y'all get your money on time but y'all act like Bill collectors like that's annoying and bad for service that's why people block them when they do...

Been a customer of this store for many years and recently this store has become a joke. Talk to the manger and obviously they can’t rely the messages to the employee. Definitely don’t recommend this place and would take your money to a place that has common sense such as...
