Went in on a weekend to get ice cream with my kids. When walking up the open sign was off, and the employee was sitting low behind the counter so the store looked empty/closed. We checked the door and it was open, so we headed in. When we told the employee the sign was off she didn’t seem concerned. The employee was polite, but not overly friendly. We ordered the ‘Gator Trail’ and ‘Birthday Cake’ flavors. Both were good, and my kids seemed happy with them. The interior by the counters isn’t lit very bright, so it makes it feel darker and less inviting inside. There’s some areas for improvement with service and atmosphere, but it has potential with a bit more work.
