The Manager Tim has terrible customer service and communication skills. I dropped my xbox off on 9/20/22 because it stopped displaying video. They never communicated a time frame to set an expectation for the repair. I called serval times over the course of weeks for an update on the repair they basically told me that they are not sure how to fix it and will give me a call when they figure it out. Over a month later, I finally get a call saying that they need to ship the device to headquarters (failing to mention that they just sent it to the Techy location in Jensen Beach because they clearly did not know how to fix it) and of course the cost of the repair increased. By the time I go to pick up the device (not at the original location I dropped it off at which is inconvenient) by now is over a month later the technician in the Jensen location told me that he was able to fix it. After paying $170 for the repair; I find out that they lost the HDMI and AC power cable that I dropped the device off with. So not only did I have to wait over a month to play Call of Duty again but now I have to wait to order new cables to even use my xbox. Never again, these guys are lazy and unprofessional. Read moreI’m sure this is a great store for many people, and the staff was very friendly and respectful, which I appreciated. I came in to get my iPhone screen repaired and paid $225. A few hours later, I picked up my phone—but quickly realized the issue was more than just the screen. My phone would shut off after being on for two minutes.
I brought it back the next morning and asked if it was something they could easily fix. They assured me they could handle it. After another few hours, I returned, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. I gave them one more chance to fix it, but unfortunately, they were ultimately unable to solve the problem.
I ended up being without a phone for a week, missing several important calls and potential clients in the process. While the store had a good atmosphere and the employees were kind, the overall experience was disappointing. I won’t be returning to an iPhone repair shop...
Read morePeople BEWARE of Techy and Tim. I went there to get my iPhone screen fixed. When I came back to pick up my device, I noticed phone had no signal. At first Tim denied saying the phone never had a SIM card in the device to have signal. So I made him open the sim card tray to prove to him that I have a sim card and right before I handed him device for repair I made a call. He damaged my phone and wouldn't admit to it. He ended up keeping my phone for three days and avoided my calls until I showed up on the third day and he couldn't fix it. Now I am faced to buy a new phone. The customer service was the worst. A $200 repair turned into a $1200 new phone. This establishment does not even deserve 1 star. Honestly I do not think these guys here have the knowledge or training to fix phones or any devices as he was saying that he can send the phone out for the repairs. Be careful and stay away...
