Went to try it for the first time and will probably not be back. I was excited to have one last “cheat” before surgery. I came at 6:32 tried to walk in and the door was locked. Ok that’s fine understandable. However after I tried someone turned the lights off. Ok cool…. Then an employee came to start their shift, they unlock the door for them and doesn’t bother saying two words to me. Could have said “sorry we are running late give me a couple minutes” they finally unlocked the doors at 6:50 and the cashier tells me it will be another 15 mins for donuts. So I placed my order and wait. As I’m waiting they say there will be another hour for the minis I ordered and offered a refund (which I appreciate letting me know) the guy in the back comes to do the refund and I’m finally explained the fryer person came into work late and apologized. The girl in the front that helped me told me she’s hasn’t tried the donuts… I personally would want my staff to try a piece of each so they know how to describe them for the new people. I also understand the younger crowds attitudes are different then someone in their mid 30s but the cashier’s attitude was unneeded especially was I was nice and smiled the whole time. I’d rather deal with the guy that gave me a refund all day then to deal with the cashier I had. I hope you do well in the future and stay around because it is exciting to have new things in our town.. however I’d suggest to take a few things from the reviews… also don’t expect much bacon on the maple bacon 🤣🙄

Sent my husband to get donuts this morning. He has a dairy allergy so we were very excited about the vegan options. Everything we got was excellent but there are a couple things people should be aware of when ordering. The vegan donuts are not in the display case with the others up front, but are in the back (it makes sense because you pick the topping, they aren’t pre assembled.) So we weee not aware of the massive size difference between what is on display (the standard donuts) and the vegan he was ordering. He got two because I wanted two - one for breakfast and one for a treat later. His were half the size and he needed both for breakfast. If he had been aware he might have ordered more. You can see the size comparison in the pictures… half as tall and a good inch and a half smaller in diameter. Another reviewer noted their vegan donut was crumbling and the staff stepped in to make it right… we had ours at home so this wasn’t an option but we also found the vegan to be very crumbly. It was fork food, not something you could pick up. The business responded to that review and said they’re working on it. We are so glad for a vegan option, we will be back, but I do hope they improve in this area. Especially since the vegan ones are more expensive and smaller.

My first time I went it was during their soft opening. The place was beautiful, the service was quick, and the doughnuts were fantastic. My favorites were the maple bacon and strawberry shortcake. I have visited twice since, leaving this at 5 stars because I definitely don't believe in knocking off stars for a few bumps in the road. I went a couple of weeks ago to try their new fall flavors. First - the pumpkin spice latte, huge miss unfortunately. It was very weak coffee with a large spoonful of whipped cream doused in cinnamon (see pic). I mixed it all together hoping for the best, but it was a major let down. The pumpkin chai cheesecake was decent, really needed a filling though (if there was supposed to be one, it was definitely not in mine) and then the apple pie filled was lacking majorly on the filling. I am going to upload pics of what the company advertises vs. what you actually get. Still tastes great - but please work on the filling! A must visit if you are visiting and definitely a great spot for a sweet treat.

While watching Baldi‘s review, I did take a trip out to tradition which is off Primavista so I had picked up one blueberry two raspberry filled two coffee cake, and one blueberry My husband and I both had the raspberry now the donut itself reminds you of a croissant funnel cake Zeppoli it was very light airy had a little crisp bunny outside sweet dough, butter dough, but very very legendary wasn’t like a typical donut. That’s a heavy, solid item some of them Very greasy so it was really good. The only complain I had with the raspberry filled one was the filling they used for the raspberry was like a clear, red flavored Gel with a hint of raspberry in it so it was a very, very cheap filling not a typical real raspberry like normal donut shops put in My brother had the blueberry which was the same exact though it’s just they used an icing with a hint of blueberry flavor in it and drizzled across the top so pretty much all in all it comes down to is all the donuts are the same. It’s just a different topping and drizzle over it whether you get maple bacon or blueberry or the chocolate, they drizzle a different icing over it with the flavor, but the donut itself is consistent. Looks like all of them, but I can’t complain. It’s definitely totally different as I said between a croissant with a crawler or funnel cake or Zep lead reminds you like that but it’s very very llight The atmosphere was nice plenty of seating. They offer coffee breakfast sandwiches as well. They make the staff...
