Buck Knives — Attraction in Post Falls

I’m very sad writing this review. I took a two hour detour on my honeymoon Road trip to stop at the buck factory store. The day I went, they were having some type of employee appreciation day. A lot of the people outside were very rude, and it was very obvious that they were not enjoying their job whenever getting inside and looking at a few different knives through the case and eventually asking for help with hardly an Indian store, I was ignored. After about 5 mins once i was helped i asked about using my pro/ military deal in store. To the three of them employees On the floor, didn’t know what I was talking about and the one manager who was Was so extremely rude and talk to me in a condescending voice. I’ve been a customer most of my life I received my buck knife on my 5th birthday. And am very involved in my community. Just say that I am disappointed with my buck knives experience is the biggest understatement. I left the store so disappointed. This is my second time ordering from buck knives they always go above and beyond. Last year I ordered online during the Christmas annual sale. I had recently moved and when my husband had mentioned he wanted a buck knife I had no clue they were located in Post Falls ID. When I called to see if I could pick it up instead they were able to let me pick it up and refund me for my shipping. Super thankful for that. This year I purchased another one and wanted do to some engraving on it they had told me it wouldn’t be done until after Christmas which was a bummer but I was still ok with it . A week later they called me and told me my knife was ready! Couldn’t have been more happier with their service! Both times I had a gentleman named Matt help me and he was absolutely nice and helpful. Very disappointed with our visit to Buck knives. We were passing through Post Falls and I wanted to get my knife sharpened and cleaned. The boy working the lobby didn't seem like he wanted to help us and when he finally asked us if we had any questions I told him why I was there He said I could leave the knife and return on Monday to get it. But we are just passing through and made a special stop to see the warehouse. There were lots of workers present and many sitting around outside but apparently no one was there that could help us. I distinctly remember when I bought my knife how pleasant and helpful everyone seemed. Two thumbs down for the customer experience. 👎👎 I also wanted to buy some shears but none were out in display After the perceived attitude I left without even asking about them.
