Stateline Subs & Pizza — Restaurant in Post Falls

First and last time here today. Wanted to grab a quick bite on a 30 min lunch break. There was one other family here when I went in. Ordered a sandwich and wasn't asked anything I wanted on it. You have to tell them what you want. I was there over 15 mins waiting for one sandwich. I was really confused because I saw the young kid making it and then he was just standing around and my lunch was almost over. Went up to the front and my sandwich was sitting on the counter in the back food prep area while he was standing around talking. It was ready and packed but he didn't care to call me or give it to me. Complete disregard for my break and time and I barely got to eat. If you want to have young kids working there with no customer service skills, you bed to keep them in line. The sandwich was very basic, not avocado but a squeeze or some sort. I ordered Subway the day before and had a craving for a good sandwich. Added everything and got double meat. It was not the best sandwich I've ever had, pitiful. So, with my sandwich craving still unfulfilled, I decided to order from Stateline Subs & Pizza. Ordered online a rather crazy sandwich, French dip, double meat, and lot of extra fixings, asked for it to be toasted a little more than usual. Absolutely Phenomenal Sandwich! It was made exactly how I asked. It was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. It was a little expensive, but in this case, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Thanks, guys! I'll 100% be back for more soon if this quility is consistent. Appreciate your dedication and effort to create great food, I do wish you guys would stay open until 9pm at least. First time and last time coming here. I ordered a pizza and some drinks sat down and waited. The older woman came out with the food the first thing I thought of was this looks like something I would have in the cafeteria it is so small of a pizza. I had one slice before I found a hair baked into the dough typically I’m not someone who thinks much of finding hairs or stuff in my food but when it’s baked into the dough that’s when I had a problem.
