Strong pet policy needed! Technicians are coming inside the pets home. Being aware of that, a strong pet policy is advised. I have a Chihuahua that nips ankles when he smells fear (nips not bite). I informed of such prior to allowing the technician inside my home, and offered the option to seclude the Chihuahua. Now that the dog got kicked in the face by a grown man , I don't feel comfortable allowing the same person to come inside my home. I know it can be tough for a grown man to admit to feel intimidated by a small Chihuahua. I opened the lines of communication and was disappointed by such lack of self awareness.
