Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Prairie du Chien

Don't call them about an order they messed up. The manager can be a bit confrontational and not even apologize for messing up my order. All she said is they will make sure to check future customers' orders. I ordered 2 triple burgers and one double. But i got 2 doubles and one triple instead. Not to mention the onion ring on my burgers were burnt crisp. Just really not worth visiting this location. There food blows and the management is even worse. I will no longer visit the Prairie du chien location ever again. So many better place to eat. There loss not mine. Cause i would stop twice a week. Guess i will have to visit...

Usually friendly staff. Today I order throughout the app and went through the drive thru to pick up. Mind you I ordered 3 days prior and parked in the online order pick up and was told to just go through the drive thru. So I did and was greeted with a not so smiley face who chewed my butt for it. Terrible service. I purchased two chicken tender meals baskets with fries and mini biscuits and gravy. The server asked what sauces I wanted with my tenders and I replied BBQ and ranch. When I took my order home there was no gravy in my basket 😥 I returned to DQ to inquire and was told because I got both ranch and BBQ sauce it no longer came with gravy.
