Great experience! The ferry was clean and well kept. The terminal station was also clean. Everything was organized and easy to understand. The vending machines were stocked up and all in working condition. The staff was kind and very attentive to the ones boarding the ferry, making sure they counted, recounted & counted again to make sure there was not more passengers boarding than what the ferry could hold. SERVICE NOW IS THE WORST. It wasn’t like that...

They just kept going on about an email but we never received any. It took about 10 minutes to get everything...
