I have been working with Malik for two months, and the results are phenomenal. Malik has taken my fitness to a new level, but more importantly, his training is worth the investment to my health. He is highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable, and also will encourage you to give better than your best in each session. He keeps me on track by consistently checking in, he’s genuinely enthusiastic and cares about his clients, and his workouts are never the same. A nonsense attitude, mixed with weight training and intense cardio routines will whip anyone who is willing to take it on into shape in no time. Now I look forward to training to beat my own personal records! I greatly appreciate all that Malik has done for me and am so thankful for all the time and effort in helping me to achieve my goals now and in the future.

I remember being at a networking event and Mr. Wade came to my section and told me don't be afraid to get a personal trainer, he asked me why I wasn't exercising and we discussed my issues. He invited me to his business to get accustomed with them and invited me to come back. I haven't been back but I'm glad to see he's still helping people. I had one of the BEST STRETCHES OF MY LIFE HERE. IT FELT SOOOO GOOD. But it's a nice place to go in Raleigh and I didn't feel judged while I was there.Keep up...

Our Women's Fellowship had a great outing at this location. The trainers were very caring toward those with physical disabilities. We had fun but were challenged in taking care of our bodies.
