1 star for service I’ll probably increase it to 2 starts if the bed frame I ordered gets actually delivered today as the owner said
Ordered an adjustable bed frame with massage feature from sales guy Armando . Price was good. Got excited and patiently waited til it arrived.
Problem #1 And then there it was they set up a different product lol. No massage feature, and came in with the split dual feature which I didn't want.
Problem #2 They set me up for a replacement and scheduled for a new delivery several days after. They did not show up. I got upset since I don’t live in that house yet. I had to take the time and drive to the house to meet them
Problem # 3 Again, They set me up for a new schedule several days later. And what do you know, They did not show up. And called me on the day and time that they scheduled me. Again, i went out of my way, missed work to meet them promptly at home to no avail. I got upset , spoke to the owner and we agreed for a new delivery schedule for the next day at 10am , and I made sure with the owner , he confirmed.
Problem # 4 . (today as im writing this review) The next day came 10am. . Promptly drove to my house to meet them. Nothing. 10:30 came. Nothing. No calls no texts.I called them and they told me it will arrive today but they don’t know what time. So as of now im stucked with a Bed frame i don't want. And whether it will be replaced today or not , we will see
Ok they lack communication first and foremost. They do not give clients a heads up when things are being cancelled or rescheduled. They call you on the day of, on the time of the scheduled time. Or does not even call you at all in the case of my last problem
They don't check if they're sending the correct item. Maybe they do but I don’t t know how they ended up sending me a wrong product
Apparently they sold me an item they don't even have available or know when it will be available , so I’m stuck here...
Read moreOver a month ago 11/26/23 I placed a deposit on a matress. After 2 weeks of no communication from Matress Liquidation, I went in to check on my order.
Erik advised it had arrived and I could pay and the matress would be delivered same week. Upon arrival, I advised the delivery person that it was the wrong matress. After trying it out, I called, and there was no response, so I went back to the store and advised Erik the wrong matress had been delivered. He said he'd order the correct one, and he would be in touch.
After waiting 2 more weeks and several attempts at phone communication, I go back to the store again. I ask for a refund or the bed. Erik said we'll pick up the bed and then give me a refund on 12/26/2023. The bed was picked up on 12/27/2023. I received no refund. I contacted him via phone 12/28/23, and he said he would zelle me back, and I received no refund. I went back to the store 12/28 to find another woman also asking for a refund who he had promised a refund to as well.
On 12/28/23, Erik refused to zelle me, although he had accepted my money via zelle directly to his personal account. He would only refund me via credit card. I called the bank, and they confirmed they could see a pending transaction only waiting for the merchant to release the funds.
Today, 1/4/2024, I called the store again to let them know I still have not received my refund of $850. Armando in sales told me he didn't know how to release the funds on a pending refund that their business had nothing to do with it. His words were "tell me how to do because i dont know how." These men are crooks and have absolutely no problem taking advantage of customers.
Now they've taken the matress back and I still have not...

DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCING COMPANY: Progressive Leasing...you will pay EXTRA TAXES/FEES even if you pay amount in full. Unfortunately, the opposite was explained to me by salesperson. Lesson learned at a higher cost to me. I would return & use my credit card next time around.
2/10/19 Erik Hibshman/owner: I was charged a fee close to $70 on my credit card on 12/29/18 which was needed to finish the financing application online. This fee was explained to me as "taxes" by progressive leasing & would be deducted from my final invoice-not true. I purchased the mattress 12/29/18 & paid it in full on 1/09/19, a week and a half later...that's well within the 90-day period you mentioned. I'm aware of financing incentives as I've purchased furniture, electronics at other establishments before with different banks such as Synchrony & never had an issue where an upfront or a hidden fee (s) were assessed. The remaining amount I paid on 1/09/19 included a "tax" so I ended-up paying a tax atop taxes. Also, progressive leasing is a misleading name; I financed the mattress & intended to keep it once paid for not rent it & return as with the name of "leasing" is defined. My namesake didn't do anything wrong, it's the sneaky tactics that were employed to charge me more that I am unhappy with AND want to warn others to avoid. If you have any questions, you can call me to discuss the $70 refund. For my next new mattress purchase I'll give one of your local competitors a try as there are plenty...
