A handful of people recommended this place to me. They are in the location where "Classy Cafe" used to be if you're familiar with the area. On one of my days off from work, I made my way here for an early lunch. I wanted to try everything, but ended up ordering a couple pupusas. I picked the Revueltas (pork, bean, and cheese) and the Ayote (zucchini and cheese). For my drink, I was informed they had Fresco de Ensalada which I love so I ordered a large one. I also got a couple Empanadas (sweet plantain and you can get either sweet custard or refried beans inside) so my husband could sample them. I got him a bottled soda too.

After I placed my order, I was informed it would be about a 15 minute wait as it is made to order. I tried a little of everything when I got home. The pupusas come with homemade curtido (slaw made with cabbage) and salsa roja (red sauce) to top on your pupusas. Everything tasted wonderful and the owners were very welcoming. Great addition...

La Cocina de Sivar – A Must-Try! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m so glad I found this place! La Cocina de Sivar serves some of the best Salvadorian food I’ve had in a long time. The pupusas are the highlight—perfectly cooked with generous fillings and that irresistible cheese pull. What really sets this spot apart, though, is the service. So friendly and attentive—it’s clear they take pride in both the food and the experience. The curtido and salsa are fresh and flavorful, adding the perfect touch to every dish. If you’re craving real Salvadorian comfort food, this is the place to go. Warm vibes, amazing food, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended! Thank you...

Best Pupusas in the Inland Empire! If you’re craving authentic Salvadoran pupusas, this is the place to be! The masa is perfectly soft with a slight crisp, and the fillings are generous and packed with flavor. Whether you go for the classic cheese or mix it up with loroco or pork, every bite is pure bliss. The curtido and salsa are the perfect accompaniments, adding a fresh, tangy kick that complements the rich flavors of the pupusas. The salsa is not water down like most places. Plus, the service is warm and welcoming, making every visit a delight. If you’re in the IE and haven’t tried this spot yet, you’re missing out on the best pupusas in town! Highly recommend!

I hit the jackpot with this place. Was in the area just passing through and called in my order. Upon arrival staff was friendly. Place was full with hungry customers. And despite being busy my order was ready. This little spot is so cute and inviting upon entering and very clean. I forgot to order the plantains combo but that will be my excuse to come back. Food is freshly made to order, very authentic and so, so delicious. Food is very reasonably priced.

Wow! This is our first time to this surprisingly great place. This is what, in my opinion, what a small restaurant should have; great tasting food, friendliness, clean, modern, and great atmosphere. It's definitely our go-to place in our list whenever we crave pupusas. The menu may be limited, but it still has popular salvadorean food items.
