Filiorum Reserve Trail Head — Attraction in Rancho Palos Verdes

Changed the parking rules a short while ago. Must reserve parking way ahead of time. This throws off a lot people that go for a morning hike since you cannot pay for parking like any other place on the spot. Ex: Show up at 8am and didn't reserve parking the night before? Then you must leave and come back hours later after you reserve. This sucks because the designated parking area is typically empty but you cannot simply pay on the spot and enjoy your hike. This is probably an attempt to dissuade the average hiker to go there.
