this is a very beautiful park. I like the new playground it's colorful and it's a lot safer than the wood that was there before. this is a well maintained Park I appreciate all the gentlemen that work hard to keep this park up and running. I do wish that the people who enjoy this park would read the signs and obey the signs. There's a reason why they don't want dogs in the park. Number one people don't normally pick up their dog feces and dog urine ruines the grass. You know who you are. People leave their trash thinking somebody else is their caretaker and needs to pick up after them. These people know who they are also.
I enjoy all the wildlife the squirrels the birds it's just such a very nice park it has been my favorite part for the last 30 years.
one final statement ...when people get in the habit of breaking the law cuz they haven't got caught yet it really lowers the level of integrity of that person. and no amount of money can restore integrity it takes good character practiced everyday, especially when no one's watching. GOD's watching!
I've observed the integrity of the people of this nation has dwindled and we now have way too many degenerates walking around with very low moral fiber. And it really rubs my hide the wrong way to see that we are in a nation where everything you need is at your fingertips literally and people are walking and stepping over themselves backwards to please people...while very few even know how to say excuse me , please and thank you..
Best solution..do the next right thing, act with good character and practice integrity.
Hope this one sticks and 2021 brings positive lasting change to our...
Read moreKids Kingdom is a great playground at Enterprise Park. It’s fantastic for locals and it’s proximity to the Hwy 5 and fast food make it also an ideal rest area for travelers. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. The playground itself has a giant castle-themed play structure, which includes elements for bigger kids and smaller tikes. There are 2 swing sets with baby swings, kids swings, and even one for an adult to swing with a baby! There’s a smaller adjacent play structure, a rock climbing structure, a train, a few sensory things like bongo drums, and our favorite—a sliding swing, kinda like a zip line! We enjoyed lunch at one of the many picnic tables in the sun or shade. Speaking of needing shade, Redding can get kinda cold in the winter, but it also gets very hot in the summer! It looks like a spray fountain water play area is right next to the Kids Kingdom. Hopefully it’s operational during summer, it was dry when we visited. BONUS: The giant play structure is wheelchair accessible, too! Go around the back to find the wheelchair ramp.
If you choose to give a thumbs-up 👍🏽 or not, I hope you found my...
Read moreGreat place to take your kids, families, business or corporate summer pot luck or just hang out, hey we in their awesome, very well done, water extravaganza! It is true! The water park they created is just awesome! The save it for last, "bad news". The only thing they could have done (only in my opinion) expanded the water to make it larger. In fact I would go as far as to say, not only expand it, but make the water attraction the main event, in fact, they could rename it, snake the water attraction elements throughout the rest of the park, maybe create a mote? That encircles the play structure, goes around the area where the swings are, and terminates, but better, had it reconnect back to the main attraction area. Anyway, disc golf for those who enjoy that, basketball courts upper level, huge area, I would suggest you bring your own drinks, water, sodas, anything. It belief it only has two water fountains in the lower playground area. The water gets a two ⭐ rating, it's warm, tastes bad, and generally... I'd rather bring my own. Anyway highly recommended, free, and your kids...
