I've been in this new store 3 times, twice to purchase and once to do a return and every time I went, everyone I interacted with was very nice and very helpful with what I needed.
It really bothers me that in 2025 we live in an era where EVERYONE is now a Karen who come online to lower the rating of an entire store because of a bad experience like it was even that bad. Seriously ridiculous. The entitlement is off the charts and I doubt they go out of their way the bunch of times things go great, but they sure are quick to make a stink if things even slightly don't go perfectly. I've had Karens do the same thing at my job when it never even happened as they described. Something INSANE should have to happen for you to vote a new store 1 star, but people experience the slightest discomfort and they automatically go Karen. Be a little less entitled, people.
