Poor service win 11 is the worst windows product since Dos, lacking in customer service , no human support and locked down after a few months of service. Purchased for my 93 year old mother in law. Bit locked after update. I was able to recover the bit lock code and then then couldn’t sign into Microsoft on the pc. I was able to do so on two other devices. I wasn’t able to restore or refresh the the pc to out of box condition asking for a non existent pin? Terrible experience I would highly recommend Ubuntu and anything other than a HP device. I’ve been working on computers networking and integration since 1979. The only human interaction I was able to receive was a request for $100.00 per month service to fix the problem from the backend, extortion by the Indian support team holding HP and it’s customer’s hostage.
