You can park close or far to the river. The parking lot is just a big gravel area. River is has a very strong current and can drop off suddenly. Please be careful being in or near the water, especially with dogs and small children.

Great place for a picnic as there are grassy areas near the water.

Lots of road noise as it is under the bridge basically but cool...

We have walked on this trail, many many times, it's well planned, with amenities along the way, washrooms are there, drinking fountains, benches are there, a River flows alongside the fauna is just too good. Sammamish trail is a very long trail and one can drop in OR drop out, as per the convenience, cycling is also done here, in Pristine...

We visited this park for watching Neowise comet as this was one of the suggested places. It was a large field and a good place to enjoy night sky any day in summer. Parking was very close. I’d like to visit this place again (during day time).
