My wedding was August 24th. Hiring Rashpal and her banquet hall was the worst decision of my life. She made my life miserable. The only reason why I went with her is because she allowed for parties to last past midnight & one of my friends had her wedding there in 2015 and back then she was a much nicer person to her customers. To me, she was rude, unprofessional and straight up disrespectful to not only myself but to my family. The venue was dirty, the kitchens were dirty and the ice machine and half of the equipment including the warmers were not functional, the bathrooms were dirty, the bridal room was dirty, the bathroom in the bridal room was literally a health hazard. We had to rent our own cleaning company to clean the venue. To start, she threatened that she would rent the other half of the venue to someone else if I didn’t pay her for the full venue, so I’m order to avoid that, I paid $1500 extra. This gave me access to both kitchens in which the ice machine didn’t even work. Secondly, I spoke to her many times about the condition of the venue, how dirty it was and she brushed me off. When I paid her in full, she completely turned into an entirely different person. She refused to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and bridal room. The stairs leading up to the bridal room were a disgusting mess. There were liquor bottles everyone in the kitchen, ice machine, bridal room. The bridal bathroom was so so so unsanitary and disgusting that we decided to rent our own cleaning company to CLEAN HER VENUE! She finally spray painted the stairs and that was IT! A few days before the wedding I decided to view the venue again and she ended up lying to my face because she originally agreed to let us have the venue the day before to clean up and set up. We had prescheduled deliveries of speakers and AV equipment, as well as other equipment that we rented to arrive on Thursday. She told me then, three days before my wedding that she had rented the venue to someone else on Thursday and then proceeded to LIE to my face telling me that she only made the booking a couple days ago when IN FACT, she called my decorator weeks ago to let her know that she wouldn’t be able to set up he day before and she promised her as well! Not only did she lie to me but she threatened to cancel my booking and then kicked my family and friends out of the venue! On the day of the wedding, she was rude, disrespectful to everyone. She promised me a female dishwasher but there was a male there and she didn’t treat anyone with respect. Her employee Julian was rude to my family and was forcing them to do his work. He started video taping my family and threatening them that my deposit would go straight into his pocket if they didn’t do as he said! She colluded with the decorator and they together made this the worst experience not only for me but for my family. My family members were there from 8 am to 6 am the following day cleaning and making sure the place was spotless! After returning from my honeymoon, I went to go pick up my deposit, she started listing off so many things that she claimed my family didn’t do right and then proceeded to claim that my family lost 7 spoons, 5 forks and broke 3 glasses and that she was gonna keep $40.00 of my deposit for that! She showed me no inventory list for before and after that she had signed with my sister (coordinator). All of this was something she just made up! I will NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES recommend her to any one, and in fact, I plan to get a lawyer and take this up with the law. I plan to call the health department and file a complaint for the unsanitary conditions of her kitchens and bathrooms. With all the changes do to covid expect to constantly call them to stay updated on requirement and to make sure what u ordered from them is still in affect if we dident constantly communicate to them there would have been nothing said to us or done they make no effort to get a hold of you. Also if you want anything more then what you see when you walk in expected to pay $$$ for everything that's nicer. we got the side with an ice machine the day of our event my aunt was asking how to make it work. long story short the ice machine dosent make ice it barley keeps things cold just buy alot of your own ice. also kitchen was not cleaned there was items left from previous event thing in kitchen where half broken like the metal tables/counter in the kitchen. also the manager has to stay and "supervise" the event but was eatting our food and drinking the alcohol and was asking for shots was not helpful with questions day of event at all. over all never book a nice event here. only positive is they have a larger event space for over 250 people. it's cheep to book an event here if you want nothing extra just what you see when u walk in red and blue chairs and the space with what circle tables and few rectangle tables they provide. also be prepared to buy ur own trash bags toilet paper, paper towls ect for bathroom and kitchen its not provided passed what you see when u walk in.they have a stage on both sides that's included but take the time to read the contract...

I recently had the opportunity to host an event at this venue, and while the space itself is truly stunning and huge, the service from the management team left much to be desired. From the start, communication was lacking, and it seemed like we were more of an inconvenience than valued clients.
During setup, we were questioned about arranging chairs, and the management team's attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. Despite our apologies and willingness to cooperate, the attitude persisted. The next day, we faced further issues, including delayed access to the venue, restrictions on the DJ's equipment, and a rude refusal to provide additional tables.
To make matters worse, the kitchen facilities were not as promised. Although the contract stated that we could use the kitchen, it was not fully functional – the kitchen sink was not working, and only the dishwasher sink was available. This was a significant oversight that was not mentioned in the contract.
The customer service from most of the team was subpar, with one notable exception – a lady who was helpful but seemed to lack the authority to make things right. If you're willing to navigate a difficult team and unforeseen issues with facilities, the venue itself is beautiful. However, I would caution potential clients to be prepared for challenges and to set clear expectations for communication, service, and facilities.
